These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in events, ticket purchases, community gatherings, and digital services operated by Lets Events Limited (“Lets Events”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Hong Kong based event and community platform.
By purchasing tickets, registering for events, or interacting with our website or platforms, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not participate in any Lets Events activity.

2. Ticketing, Pricing & Sales (STRICT POLICY)
All ticket sales are final.
❗ No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

change of personal plans

travel issues

illness

weather conditions

artist or lineup changes
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated and approved in writing by Lets Events.
Lets Events reserves the right to revoke tickets obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

3. Event Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure
Lets Events reserves the right to:

modify event schedules, venues, formats, or lineups

postpone or cancel events due to force majeure (including extreme weather, government restrictions, public safety risks)
In such cases:

no refunds are guaranteed

alternative arrangements (credits, rescheduling or substitute programming) may be offered at our discretion

4. Participant Conduct & Safety
Participants must:

comply with venue rules and Hong Kong laws

behave respectfully toward staff, artists, sponsors and other attendees

not engage in harassment, violence or illegal activity
Lets Events reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
Participation is at your own risk.

5. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law:

Lets Events is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, theft or property loss

Lets Events does not assume responsibility for third-party venues, transport, food, alcohol or partner services
Participants attend events voluntarily and knowingly.

Lets Events is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or policies of third parties.

7. Media, Photography & Content Rights
By attending a Lets Events activity, you consent to:

Content may be used for marketing, PR, social media or promotional purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to appear, you must notify staff on-site. We cannot guarantee exclusion from all background content.

8. Code of Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

Harassment, discrimination or abuse

Illegal activity

Disruptive or unsafe behavior
Violations may result in immediate removal and permanent bans.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All branding, content, designs, and materials belong to Lets Events or its licensors and may not be reused without written consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Lets Events reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
